Stockbridge Kitchens & Carpentry Co is a small, owner-led studio working out of Stockbridge, Edinburgh. Every project — from a full Howdens or Wren kitchen install through to a shaker-style alcove unit or fitted walk-in wardrobe — is run by Max himself, with a trusted electrician and plumber on the team.
That means one point of contact, one set of hands on the detail, and a finish that holds up. No subcontracting the craftsmanship. No managing three trades yourself. Just precise, considered joinery, delivered tidy and on time.

Most kitchen installs unravel at the handover — between the fitter, the sparky and the plumber. We removed the handover. Max runs every job with his own skilled electrician and plumber, so the install moves at one pace and the finish lines up.

A straightforward three-step process — designed so you know what's happening, when, and what it costs, before any timber is cut.
We meet on site, talk through what you're after, take measurements, and either work to your kitchen company's design or sketch a bespoke layout ourselves.
We liaise with Howdens, Wren or the supplier of your choice. For bespoke work, we source timber and hardware to spec. Costs are confirmed before order.
